Help us build the X-Ray for Compiled Software

<html><head></head><body><div>
<h2>Product Lead</h2>
<div>London (hybrid) or remote within Europe | £85k–105k and equity</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>We are hiring our first Product Lead to take ownership of our roadmap, work closely with customers and engineering, and shape how we build product as we grow.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>About us</h3>
<div>RevEng.ai builds AI that understands software at the binary level: the code that actually runs on machines. Security teams use our platform for reverse engineering, vulnerability detection, malware analysis and software supply chain security, all without needing access to source code.</div>
<div>It’s a hard problem, and a growing one. As more software is written by AI or built from third-party components, knowing what’s really running matters more than ever. We’re a London-based team working with enterprise and defence customers, backed by a recent $15M Series A.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>Why we’re hiring</h3>
<div>We’ve built powerful technology, and a strong engineering team behind it. What we need now is someone to own product direction: to get close to our customers, understand what they need most, and make sure we’re building the right things. As our first product hire, you’ll shape how product works at RevEng.ai.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What you’ll do</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Get close to customers, analyse product usage and track the market, building a clear picture of what our users need most.</li>
<li>Shape and test product ideas, turning them into clear priorities backed by evidence.</li>
<li>Own the roadmap, focusing development on sharpening product-market fit and defining the metrics that show progress.</li>
<li>Write clear, well-reasoned specs that connect every feature to a customer need, working closely with engineering on technical trade-offs.</li>
<li>Be the go-to person for product questions, keeping the team and stakeholders aligned on direction.</li>
<li>Lead product conversations on client projects, scoping the work and balancing it against the wider roadmap.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What you’ll bring</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Solid product management experience, including finding or strengthening product-market fit in an early-stage product.</li>
<li>Confidence working independently, setting up how product works rather than stepping into an established team.</li>
<li>A strong technical foundation: you’re comfortable discussing architecture and trade-offs with engineers, and you understand the cybersecurity landscape and customers.</li>
<li>A track record of drawing out real customer insight, ideally with security-conscious or hard-to-reach customers.</li>
<li>Sharp problem-solving skills: you pick things up quickly, break down complex problems and land on clear recommendations.</li>
<li>Clear, confident communication, and the ability to build alignment and work through disagreement constructively.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Experience in software supply chain security or malware analysis.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with leadership in a founder-led or early-stage company.</li>
</ul>
If you don’t tick every box but this sounds like the role for you, we’d still love to hear from you.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What we offer</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>£85k–105k salary, plus share options and an annual bonus</li>
<li>Real ownership of a deeply technical product used by enterprise and defence security teams.</li>
<li>The chance to define how product works here, and to grow and lead the product team as we scale.</li>
<li>Hybrid working from our London office, with the team getting together on Wednesdays for a company-paid lunch and after-work socials. Remote within Europe is possible for the right candidate.</li>
<li>Private health insurance.</li>
<li>25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.</li>
</ul>
<em>Salary range reflects the UK market. If you’re based elsewhere, we’ll tailor the package to your location.</em></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>Our process</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Intro call</li>
<li>Interview with your future manager</li>
<li>Interview with our founder</li>
<li>Task and panel discussion with the team</li>
</ul>
We aim to complete the process within 3–4 weeks.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>If you’re excited by hard technical problems and want to shape a product from the inside, we’d love to hear from you!</div>

Product Lead

<html><head></head><body><h2><strong>Platform Engineer</strong></h2>
<p>London, UK (hybrid) | £85k–110k plus equity</p>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>We’re hiring a Platform Engineer to design, build and operate the infrastructure that powers our product across multiple environments: public cloud (primarily AWS), multi-cloud deployments, and customer-hosted on-prem and air-gapped environments.</div>
<div>Our platform is built on Kubernetes, microservices and infrastructure-as-code, and it has to run just as reliably in an air-gapped customer environment with no internet access as it does in our cloud environment. That means solving hard problems: making deployments repeatable across very different environments, securing infrastructure by default, and keeping AI workloads performant wherever they run. You’ll own how we solve them, with real influence over our platform architecture and long-term roadmap.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What you’ll do</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Design, build and operate Kubernetes-based platforms across AWS and other cloud providers, owning and evolving our multi-cloud strategy and ensuring consistency, reliability, and security across environments.</li>
<li>Build reusable platform primitives for networking, secrets, storage, ingress, observability, and CI/CD.</li>
<li>Enable repeatable, automated deployments across SaaS, customer-managed and air-gapped environments.</li>
<li>Strengthen reliability and security with secure-by-default patterns, clear SLIs/SLOs and observability standards.</li>
<li>Support production operations, including incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Partner with product engineers and researchers, guiding cloud-native best practices and shaping engineering standards.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What you’ll bring</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>4-8+ years in platform, infrastructure or SRE roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience designing and operating production-grade Kubernetes: networking, ingress, storage, RBAC and upgrades.</li>
<li>Deep AWS experience (EKS, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, load balancing), with exposure to at least one other cloud provider (GCP/Azure).</li>
<li>Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform or equivalent, and experience building CI/CD pipelines for SaaS and self-hosted deployments.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with containers, image pipelines and registries, and with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch and OpenTelemetry.</li>
<li>A strong understanding of networking, security and distributed systems.</li>
<li>Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Experience with air-gapped or restricted-network environments, and/or OpenShift in production.</li>
<li>Secure software supply chain practices, such as SBOMs, signing and provenance.</li>
<li>Familiarity with zero-trust networking or service mesh technologies.</li>
<li>Exposure to ML/AI platforms or data-heavy workloads.</li>
<li>Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments.</li>
<li>If you don’t tick every box but this sounds like the role for you, we’d still love to hear from you.</li>
</ul>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
</div>
<h3>What we offer</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>£85k–110k salary, plus share options and an annual bonus</li>
<li>The chance to shape how cutting-edge AI security technology is deployed, from the cloud to the most secure environments.</li>
<li>Real influence over platform architecture and our long-term infrastructure roadmap.</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3>Our process</h3>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Intro call</li>
<li>Interview with your future manager</li>
<li>Technical Interview</li>
<li>Interview with our founder</li>
